Desktop Customization Tools (WIN)

My current desktop
As you can see im a dork for customization, so lets get started. First of all I recommend setting the taskbar to auto-hide. Next find a nice wall paper. Now visit rainmeter.net and download the one customized to dependant on wether you have a 32 or 64 bit copy of Windows. Now you can add skins to display the time, weather, date, notes youv made and a lot more! Now im mainly a Windows guy but one aspect I  love of Macs is the dock, thankfully there are windows alternatives. The one im using (it is hidden in the screenshot) is Object Dock though there are many alternatives!
